| A nossa Casa da Piscina é bastante humilde e acolhedora e de construção recente, inserida em lote em Urbanização, completamente virada a sul e cheia de luz natural. Localizada a cerca de 10 minutos de Albufeira e a 7 minutos de parque de diversão e shopping. Excelente para férias para descansar, pois o local é bastante tranquilo e rodeado por natureza. A moradia é composta por um espaço aberto com cozinha equipada, sala de jantar e sala de estar; 2 quartos com AC, um deles em suite com cama King-Size e uma casa de banho de apoio, ambas com chuveiro. Entrada da moradia feita pela garagem onde dispomos de lugar de garagem para 1 carro. Existe estacionamento exterior gratuito. A piscina completamente virada a sul e privada para uso exclusivo da casa. Na parte exterior, na área cirncundante á piscina, o pátio é vedado e muito privado, com churrasqueira a gás, mesa de refeição e 8 cadeiras, espreguiçadeiras, cama de rede e confortáveis sofás, para uso exclusivo dos hóspedes. Dispomos ainda de lareira interior e exterior e ferro de engomar. Dispomos de internet fibra/ wireless e Smart tv com box MEO na sala e todos os quartos têm smart tv e alguns canais satélite. Ótima moradia para 2 casais. Todo o espaço é uso exclusivo para os usuários da casa, sem que haja qualquer contacto com pessoas do exterior. Observações: Estadia mínima - 7 noites. As reservas da semana serão de sábado a sábado. Sinal da reserva = 400€. O restante pagamento, a totalidade da reserva, é feita no dia da entrada. Caução = 400€ (da reserva da semana) irá ser devolvida no dia de saída até ás 18h, se estiver tudo como no dia de entrada. Check-in a partir das 16h * No dia de entrada é feito o pagamento da totalidade da reserva. * Não são permitidas visitas, festas nem eventos. * Todas as pessoas externas á reserva que permanerecem sem autorização na moradia, será debitado o valor de 100€/dia/pessoa. Check-out até ás 10h * A moradia terá de estar nas condicões idênticas ás que os clientes, no dia de entrada, a encontraram. Qualquer estrago na moradia ou no seu recheio ou roubo será debitado da caução. Fornecemos roupas de cama e atoalhados. Não aceitamos crianças muito pequeninas, pois não temos disponível vedação de piscina e dado a proximidade da moradia á piscina, torna-se perigoso. Aceitamos animais, mediante pagamento extra. Fazemos limpeza extra e troca de atoalhados, mediante pagamento. Estaremos sempre disponíveis no caso de necessitar de algo. | Our Pool House is very humble and welcoming and of recent construction, inserted in a plot in an urbanization, facing south and full of natural light. Located about 10 minutes from Albufeira and 7 minutes from the amusement park and shopping. Excellent for relaxing holidays, as the place is very quiet and surrounded by nature. The villa comprises an open space with equipped kitchen, dining room and living room; 2 bedrooms with AC, one en suite with a king-size bed and a support bathroom, both with shower. Entrance to the house through the garage where we have a parking space for 1 car. There is outdoor parking. The swimming pool is completely south facing and private for the exclusive use of the house. Outside, in the area surrounding the pool, the patio is fenced and very private, with a gas barbecue, dining table and 8 chairs, sun loungers, hammock and comfortable sofas, for the exclusive use of guests. We also have an indoor fireplace and an iron. We have fiber/wireless internet and Smart TV with MEO box in the living room and all rooms have smart TV and some satellite channels. Great house for 2 couples. All the space is for the exclusive use of the users of the house, without any contact with outsiders. Notes: Minimum stay - 7 nights. Weekly reservations will be from Saturday to Saturday. Reservation deposit = €400. The remainder of the payment, the entire reservation, is made on the day of arrival. Security deposit = €400 (for the week's reservation) will be returned on the day of departure by 6pm, if everything is as on the day of arrival. | Unser Poolhaus ist sehr bescheiden und einladend und wurde kürzlich gebaut, in ein Grundstück in einer Urbanisation eingefügt, nach Süden ausgerichtet und voller Tageslicht. Das Hotel liegt etwa 10 Minuten von Albufeira und 7 Minuten vom Vergnügungspark und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Hervorragend geeignet für erholsame Ferien, da der Ort sehr ruhig und von Natur umgeben ist. Die Villa besteht aus einem offenen Raum mit ausgestatteter Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer; 2 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, eines davon en Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und ein zusätzliches Badezimmer, beide mit Dusche. Eingang zum Haus durch die Garage, wo wir einen Parkplatz für 1 Auto haben. Es gibt Parkplätze im Freien. Der Pool ist komplett nach Süden ausgerichtet und privat für die ausschließliche Nutzung des Hauses. Draußen, in der Umgebung des Pools, ist die Terrasse umzäunt und sehr privat, mit Gasgrill, Esstisch und 8 Stühlen, Sonnenliegen, Hängematte und bequemen Sofas, die ausschließlich den Gästen zur Verfügung stehen. Wir haben auch einen Innenkamin und ein Bügeleisen. Wir haben Glasfaser- / WLAN-Internet und Smart-TV mit MEO-Box im Wohnzimmer und alle Zimmer verfügen über Smart-TV und einige Satellitenkanäle. Tolles Haus für 2 Paare. Der gesamte Raum steht ausschließlich den Nutzern des Hauses zur Verfügung, ohne Kontakt mit Außenstehenden. Hinweise: Mindestaufenthalt: 7 Nächte. Wöchentliche Reservierungen erfolgen von Samstag bis Samstag. Reservierungsanzahlung = 400 €. Die Restzahlung, also die gesamte Reservierung, erfolgt am Anreisetag. Kaution = 400 € (für die Wochenreservierung) wird am Abreisetag bis 18.00 Uhr zurückerstattet, wenn alles so ist wie am Anreisetag. Situé à environ 10 minutes d'Albufeira et à 7 minutes du parc d'attractions et des commerces. Excellent pour des vacances reposantes, car l'endroit est très calme et entouré par la nature. La villa comprend un espace ouvert avec cuisine équipée, salle à manger et salon ; 2 chambres climatisées, une en suite avec un lit king-size et une salle de bain annexe, toutes deux avec douche. Entrée de la maison par le garage où nous avons une place de parking pour 1 voiture. Il y a un parking extérieur. La piscine est entièrement orientée sud et privée à l'usage exclusif de la maison. A l'extérieur, dans la zone entourant la piscine, le patio est clôturé et très privé, avec un barbecue à gaz, une table à manger et 8 chaises, des chaises longues, un hamac et des canapés confortables, à l'usage exclusif des clients. Nous avons également un foyer intérieur et un fer à repasser. Nous avons une connexion Internet fibre/sans fil et Smart TV avec boîtier MEO dans le salon et toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision connectée et de certaines chaînes satellite. Grande maison pour 2 couples. Tout l'espace est à l'usage exclusif des utilisateurs de la maison, sans aucun contact avec des étrangers. Remarques : Séjour minimum - 7 nuits. Les réservations hebdomadaires se feront du samedi au samedi. Acompte de réservation = 400 €. Le solde du paiement, soit la totalité de la réservation, est effectué le jour de l'arrivée. Nous acceptons les animaux, moyennant un supplément. Nous effectuons un nettoyage supplémentaire et changeons les serviettes, moyennant des frais. Nous serons toujours disponibles si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit.
