Situado na 1.ª linha do mar, a poucos metros do centro de animação nocturna, zona comercial, restaurantes e supermercados. Não necessita de utilizar viatura para se deslocar à praia, apenas 2 minutos a pé até a praia..
O apartamento não está equipado com:
- Roupas de camas e toalhas de banho e rosto.
( Disponivel por 15€ por pessoa, por troca e estadia. )
- Secador de cabelo, toalhas de mesa e panos de cozinha.
ENTRADAS E SAIDAS:
- Check-in das 15:00H às 20:00H e Check-out até às 10:00H.
O check-in tardio implica os seguintes custos adicionais:

Kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking (dishes and utensils) and serving meals. Living room with 1 sofa bed, 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Situated on the 1st line of the sea, a few meters from the nightlife center, shopping area, restaurants and supermarkets. You do not need to use a car to go to the beach, just 2 minutes walk to the beach..
The apartment is not equipped with:
- Bed linen, bath and face towels.
( Available for 15 € per person, per exchange and stay. )
- Hair dryer, tablecloths and kitchen towels.
ENTRIES AND DEPARTURES:
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM.
Late check-in will incur the following additional costs:
- After 8:00 PM - 10€
- After 0:00 AM - 20€
The apartment is subject to inspection before and after the rental.
A security deposit of € 150 is required upon arrival.
Refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out.

Das Hotel liegt an der 1. Meereslinie, nur wenige Meter vom Nachtleben, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Supermärkten entfernt. Sie müssen nicht ein Auto benutzen, um zum Strand zu gehen, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand..
Die Wohnung ist nicht ausgestattet mit:
- Bettwäsche, Bade- und Gesichtstücher.
