Appartement - Flatgebouw (breng van de wijs eerst in de afbeeldingen) met 3 slaapkamers 4/6 persoon (2 kamers met tweepersoonsledikanten, een kamer met 2 enkele bedden). De keuken is volledig uitgeruste (kleren wassend en klaarzetten wassende machines), microgolf, koffiemachine. In de levende kamer is er TV en de DVD-speler (met bioskoophuis klink), de LAN draadloze internet aansluiting, conditioneerde Lucht met verwarmingssysteem. Het heeft een mooi zon terras met zee overzicht. De buitenkant tuin met grote fruit bomen.
