Casa NAU é uma vivenda toda equipada. Fica situada em Vale da Telha, Aljezur, perto da Praia Monte do Clérigo e Arrifana (a cerca de 5 min. de carro). A grande sala de estar e jantar de 55 m², confortavelmente mobilada, com lareira, televisão, música. Cozinha equipada com tudo o que necessita, fogão com forno, máquina de café , frigorífico, máquina de lavar roupa. Tem piscina, como também terraço atrás da casa e à frente também tem terraço. Sítio calmo, com vista para a Montanha Foia, Monchique.

The holiday-home Casa Nau, completed in February 2005, is located in the national park Costa Vicentina, one of the most beautiful countrysides of the Westalgarve, in the Urbanisation Vale da Telha, near the town of Aljezur. The nearest beaches are “Monte Clerigo” and “Amoreira”, available by car within only 5 minutes.The big stylish living-eating area (55 sqm) with a closed fireplace, two bedrooms, a bathroom luxuriously equipped with an free-standing bathtub, shower and toilet, as well as a guest toilet and corridor are located in 180 sqm at ground level.A special eye-catcher is the open style of the wood roof without false ceiling which produces a generous ambiance, just like the kitchen fitted out lovingly with gas hob and electric oven.Enjoy the marvelous view of the Monchique mountains on the terrace equipped with wood garden furnitures , protected from the sun by a roof.The pool lain behind the house of 3 x 6 meter, which primarily gives the children a great pleasure cooling.The surroundings are ideally for hikers and nature enthusiasts.Sat-TV, CD, refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine as well as gas central heating for the winter also are part of the equipment of the house.Winter long time letting.

Das im Februar 2005 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus Casa Nau liegt im Naturpark Costa Vicentina, eine der schönsten Landschaften der Westalgarve, in der vom Massentourismus verschonten Urbanisation „Vale da Telha“, ca. 10 km von der Stadt Aljezur entfernt, auf einem 1.300 qm großen Grundstück. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche bezaubernde Strände. Die nächstgelegenen Strände „Monte Clerigo“ und „Amoreira“ sind in nur 5 Minuten bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auf 180 qm Grundfläche befinden sich ebenerdig der große stilvoll eingerichtete Wohn-Essbereich (55 qm) mit geschlossenem Kamin, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein luxuriös ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne, Dusche und WC, sowie ein Gäste-WC und Flur. Ein besonderer Blickfang ist die offene Bauweise des Daches ohne Zwischendecke, das ein großzügiges Ambiente erzeugt, sowie der im ganzen Haus verlegte edle Terracotta-Boden, ebenso wie die gemauerte und mit einer Granitplatte versehenen Küchenzeile in der liebevoll eingerichteten Küche mit Gaskochfeld / E-Ofen. Geschützt vor der Sonne, genießt man auf der mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestatteten überdachten Terrasse den herrlichen Ausblick auf das Monchique-Gebirge. Sat-TV, CD, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, sowie Gas-Zentralheizung für den Winter gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung des Hauses. Für Abkühlung an heissen Tagen sorgt der hinter dem Haus gelegene Pool von ca. 3 x 6 Meter, der vor allem den Kindern ein großes Vergnügen bereitet. Die Umgebung ist ideal Wanderer, Naturliebhaber und kulturell Interessierte, aber auch für Surfer, Mountain-Biker und Golfer. Der nächste Golf-Platz ist ca. 25 km entfernt.
