Modern comfortable and calm holliday flat on the ground floor with 2 terraces and garden. 2 bedrooms (2 single beds and 1 twin-bed). Living room with complete kitchen incl. washing mashine and air condition for cool and warm air.
There are 2 barbeques. It takes 5 minutes to the strand. The strand ist very large invites to long walks, fishing and collecting shells. It is signed by very fine and white sand and clear calm water. The quality of the strand is proved every year and is famous in that region. Manta Rota is a village in the wild-life reserve Ria Formosa.Near Manta Rota there are 3 golf -courses.
There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes and cash dispenser in Manta Rota. Bicycles can be used for a cheep price.

Moderne, komfortable und ruhige Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit 2 Terrassen und Garten. 2 Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten und ein Ehebett ). Wohnzimmer mit abgeteilter, vollständig eingerichteter Küchenzeile, incl. Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage zum Kühlen und Heizen. 2 gemauerte Grills können genutzt werden.Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand ist sehr ausgedehnt, lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen, zum Angeln und Muschelnsammeln ein. Er zeichnet sich aus durch sehr feinen, weißen Sand und sauberes, ruhiges Meer. Die Qualität des Strandes wird jährlich geprüft und ist in der ganzen Region berühmt. Manta Rota liegt im Naturschutzgebiet Ria Formosa.In der näheren Umgebung gibt es drei Golfplätze. In Manta Rota bekommt man alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Es gibt Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Cafes und Geldautomaten in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Fahrräder werden kostengünstig zur Verfügung gestellt.
